Chemical and physical properties: Colorless or slightly yellow liquid with pungent scent. Undergoes rapid reaction with alcohols, acids, bases and oxidants.
Application: Production of polyurethane rigid foams and glues.
Health safety: Highly toxic. Harmful to eyes and air passages, may cause dyspnoea and severe skin burns.
